Fix a whole catalog in one pass — and undo it just as fast.

Reviewing 2,000 products one at a time is not a plan. Bulk actions let you apply rewrites across a selection, with the same review-first guarantee.

Select a set

Filter by score band, by field, or by collection. The most common starting point is "every product scoring under 40" — the listings that are effectively invisible today.

Review before you apply

Bulk apply still shows you what will change before it changes it. You see a sample of the rewrites and the count of affected products. Read the sample. If the tone is wrong across three products, it is wrong across all two thousand, and the fix is in your brand profile, not in this dialog.

Apply

Aidvio writes the changes to Shopify in the background. You can leave the page. Large batches are rate-limited by Shopify's API and may take several minutes.

Undo a bulk apply

A bulk apply is recorded as a single operation and can be undone as a single operation. Aidvio restores every affected field to its previous value.

Undo restores the field values, not your Shopify audit history — the undo itself appears in Shopify as a new edit.

If something went wrong

If you applied a batch you did not mean to, undo it from the bulk history first, then work out what happened. See troubleshooting.
