What to include

The fastest tickets to resolve are the ones that arrive with:

  • Your store domain (your-store.myshopify.com).
  • The product ID, if the problem is about a specific product.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Whether you have already tried the relevant troubleshooting step.

If you applied something by mistake

Do not wait for us — undo it first. Undo is immediate and restores the exact previous values. Then get in touch if you want to understand what happened.

Security and privacy

To report a security issue, or to make a data access, export or deletion request, email the same address with SECURITY or DATA REQUEST in the subject line. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
