Terms of service

The agreement between you and Aidvio.

These terms govern your use of Aidvio, a Shopify embedded app operated by IT Geeks. By installing Aidvio, you agree to them.

The service

Aidvio analyses and scores the products in your Shopify store for AI readiness, generates suggested enhancements, tracks where your products rank in AI-driven catalog search, and runs SEO audits of your storefront. Aidvio does not modify your store unless you apply a suggestion.

Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the content you publish, including content generated by Aidvio and applied by you. Review before you apply.
  • You must have the right to the product data you put into Aidvio.
  • You must not use Aidvio to generate content that is unlawful, misleading, or infringing.

AI-generated content

Aidvio's enhancements are generated by third-party AI models. They can be wrong. They can state things about your product that are not true. You are the reviewer, and applying a change makes it yours. We give you the compare, discard and undo tools precisely because you should not trust output you have not read.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or fit for any particular purpose.

Billing

Aidvio is billed through Shopify under the plan you select. Charges appear on your Shopify invoice. Uninstalling cancels billing immediately. See billing.

Availability

We aim to keep Aidvio available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Analysis, enhancement and rank tracking depend on the Shopify API and on third-party AI providers, all of which can be slow or unavailable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of Aidvio is limited to the amount you paid us in the [LIABILITY PERIOD] preceding the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

Termination

You may uninstall Aidvio at any time. Uninstalling deletes your store's data — see data processing. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION].
