Brand profile
Set your voice, audience and vocabulary once. Every rewrite follows it.
Aidvio's rewrites are only as good as what it knows about you. The brand profile is the one setup step worth doing carefully — it is what stops the output from sounding like every other AI-written product page.
Voice
Describe how your store sounds in plain language: "plain and technical, no exclamation marks", or "warm and playful, we use contractions". Aidvio follows this literally, so be specific about what you do not want as well as what you do.
Audience
Who is buying? A listing written for procurement managers reads nothing like one written for hobbyists. Naming the audience changes which product attributes Aidvio leads with.
Vocabulary
Two lists that carry a lot of weight:
- Always use — the terms you want kept exactly as written. Material names, trademarks, product line names, spellings ("colour", not "color").
- Never use — the words you refuse to ship. Most stores ban superlatives here: "premium", "revolutionary", "game-changing".
Changing the profile later
Editing the brand profile does not rewrite anything that is already live. It only affects rewrites generated from that point on. To re-run older products against a new profile, rescan them and apply the new suggestions.
