Billing and plans

How Aidvio is billed, what counts against your plan, and how to cancel.

Aidvio bills through Shopify. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice, and you never enter card details into Aidvio itself.

What counts against your plan

Two things consume plan capacity:

  • Scoring a product.
  • Generating a rewrite for a field.

Reviewing, applying, discarding and undoing are free. You are never charged for deciding not to use a suggestion.

Rescans

Rescanning a product you have already scored counts again, because it is a fresh scan. Aidvio does not silently rescan your catalog on a schedule — rescans are something you trigger.

Changing plan

Change plan at any time from within the app. Shopify prorates the difference.

Cancelling

Uninstalling Aidvio from Shopify cancels billing immediately. Any changes you already applied to your products remain — they are your product data, written to your store, and uninstalling does not revert them.

If you want to revert changes, undo them before you uninstall.
